The Dean & Deluca Invitational is really a great golf tournament. The event is played at the historic Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas and is one of five invitational tournaments on the PGA Tour . My sons favorite player, Webb Simpson was in the hunt all day. He had trouble with his game and just couldn't seem to make a putt. Kevin Kisner who is another great up-and-coming player came through with a great score of 66. You could really tell that he was on his game today. The technique employed by these golfers is always interesting to watch. Each person has their own unique skillset that they bring to the game and it really shows. Kevin lives in Aiken South Carolina and plays at a great course called Palmetto. Palmetto is a hidden gem as it was designed by Alastair McKenzie - the same architect who designed Augusta national golf club where the masters is played every year. I've been fortunate to play Palmetto a few times as I have a good friend that is a member there. He always tells me what a great guy and a hard worker Kevin is so kudos to him for a great win today.
